Refund Policy

1. Nature of our products
OfficeDraft sells instantly-delivered digital documents (payslips/pay stubs, FnF letters, gratuity calculations and demand letters, and Section 8 notices) generated from the information you enter. Each purchase is a one-time digital download, not a physical product or an ongoing service, unless you have specifically purchased a credit pack or subscription plan.
2. General policy: no refunds after download
Because our documents are generated and delivered instantly and are based entirely on information you provide, we generally do not offer refunds once a document has been successfully generated and made available for download. This is standard practice for instant digital delivery and reflects that the product is fully rendered the moment you receive it.
3. When we will issue a refund
We will refund your payment if:
- You were charged but the document failed to generate or the download link did not work, and our support team could not resolve it promptly;
- You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error;
- You were charged for a product/region combination that does not match what you selected, due to a pricing or system error on our end.
To request a refund on any of these grounds, email [YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL] within 7 days of your purchase, including your payment reference ID (from your confirmation email) and a description of the issue.
4. What we do not refund
- Change of mind after a successful download.
- Errors in the document caused by information you entered incorrectly (e.g. wrong dates, salary figures, or names). Please review your preview carefully before completing payment.
- Dissatisfaction with how a third party (an employer, court, bank, visa office, or government body) treats or accepts the generated document — see our Terms of Service and Legal Disclaimer regarding the nature of these documents.
- Requests made more than 30 days after purchase.
5. Credit packs and subscriptions (if applicable)
If you purchase a credit pack or subscription plan rather than a single document, unused credits are non-refundable once any credit in the pack has been used. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time to stop future renewal; we do not provide partial refunds for the remainder of an active billing period unless required by law in your jurisdiction.
6. Payment processor
All payments are processed via Dodo Payments. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and may take a number of business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
