Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using officedraft.com and any of its tools (payslip/pay stub generator, FnF letter generator, gratuity calculator and demand letter tools, Section 8 notice generator, and any related tools, collectively the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is

OfficeDraft provides document generation tools that produce formatted PDF documents based on information you enter. The Service is a template and formatting tool. It is not a law firm, accounting firm, HR consultancy, or professional advisory service, and using it does not create any professional relationship between you and OfficeDraft.

3. No legal, financial, or professional advice

Documents generated through the Service — including Section 8 notices, full & final settlement letters, gratuity demand letters, and payslips — are template-based outputs built from information you provide. They are not legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for consulting a qualified solicitor, accountant, labour lawyer, or relevant professional or government bodyin your jurisdiction. Laws governing tenancy (e.g. UK Section 8/Renters' Rights Act), employment settlements (e.g. India labour law), and end-of-service benefits (e.g. UAE MOHRE rules) change over time and vary by region — you are responsible for confirming that any generated document is accurate, current, and appropriate for your specific situation before relying on or submitting it.

4. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you enter.
• You confirm you have the right to enter and use any third party's information (e.g. an employee's or tenant's details) that you include in a generated document.
• You will not use the Service to generate fraudulent, misleading, or knowingly false documents.
• You are responsible for how you use, submit, or rely on any document generated through the Service.

5. Payments and free limits

Certain document downloads require payment, processed via Dodo Payments, at the price shown for your region at checkout. Free/anonymous use of certain tools is limited on a monthly basis as displayed in-product; we may adjust these limits at any time. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, code, and content (excluding the information you personally enter) belong to OfficeDraft. The documents you generate using your own entered information are yours to use.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that generated documents will be accepted by any employer, court, bank, landlord, visa authority, or government body.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OfficeDraft is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, documents generated through the Service, including any dispute, rejection, or legal outcome connected to a generated document.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
